So, it's day 4. If you've peeked at my food log, you might have noticed that I went off the rails a little bit yesterday to the tune of 8 pieces of saltwater taffy and some potatoes. I have promised myself that as long as the scale was moving or the inches are disappearing, I'm not going to push myself to be 100% perfect. Brush it off, and get back on the horse.
Today's plan...
Breakfast: 2 sausage links with low-cal syrup (I know, I know... old habits are hard to break), grapefruit slices
Snack: beef jerky
Lunch: taco salad. Yes, I'm planning on having some chips. My Thursday taco bar lunch will keep me sane the rest of the week.
Snack: blueberries
Dinner: rotisserie chicken and a salad
I really need to sit down with my books and do some better meal planning. I can't keep on relying on cafeteria eggs and sausage for breakfast.
Also, I'm making an appointment for a haircut soon. Should I get highlights?

Highlights: You're gorgeous but I always like adding a little color to my hair that accents my facial tone. Haven't done it forever but wish I had the money to
Don't laugh, but I found the same exact dress from last year but in a different color.....I am on the fence on whether to buy it or not!
