Here's what I'm aiming for daily:
1. 70 oz of water.
2. Minimal processed foods. If I have any, they must not include wheat.
3. Good source of protein at three meals.
4. 30 minutes of exercise
5. One serving of fruit
6. Food logging.
I know it seems a little ambitious going from lazy slob to picture of health. I'll call 4 out of 6 a successful day. I'll be back tomorrow to let you know how I did.
By the way, I went bathing suit shopping Friday afternoon. It was a disaster. You know what does not fit into a size 16 bathing suit? 38G boobs. Also, do you know what is uncomfortable after about 30 minutes? My brand new expensive 38G bras. Yeah, those bastards gave me back fat too. Damn. Now I need to hurry up and lose ten pounds so that $200 doesn't go to waste. &%$#@!! My husband insists the bathing suit dilemma is no big deal. He says he will simply follow around behind me and hold up my boobs when we go to the beach. *sigh* Men.

I wish it were as simple as letting them hold the girls up! I used to be a 36JJ and 8 yrs since the reduction (36D) and 2 kids later I'm back up to a 40F, so far the weight loss hasn't relieved me of the girls :(
Good goals my dear! Might do the same with your water goal..I do most everything else..cept for exercise. Atleast the last few weeks. But that changes today!
My boobs are the bane of my world. Especially with bathing suits.
Great goals! I love what you're gauging as a success. I tend to be all or nothing and have been trying the whole "you don't have to be perfect all the time or you're a failure" route.
I think 4 out of 6 are totally doable, can't wait to see how you do, hon! :)
And men are so silly.
Me likey some nice short term goals...I know that you will succeed! :)
