Breakfast: 1/2 Quest bar (not strictly paleo, but LaraBars give me wicked heartburn!)
Snack: coffee with cream and no sugar (yes, you read that right. NO sugar)
Lunch: 1 link Italian sausage with onions and peppers, asparagus cuts
Plans for the rest of the day:
Snack: 1/2 nectarine, handful of almonds
Dinner: 1 link spinach and pepper chicken sausage; spinach, mushrooms, and walnuts with ranch dressing
Snack (if needed): 1 cup coconut milk (this shizz is really good, I swear!)
I will reactivate my food log on the sidebar later so you can see macronutrient breakdowns.
The little guy is due to the doctor for his well-visit, so no gym for me today. Maybe we'll take a spin around the block when we get home.

7 hours is 7 hours my friend!
i have to say, that ALL sounds really good and totally up my alley. I love cocnut milk, too!!! When i read Paleo challenge I immediately thought "Is she doing some new Dinosaur diet?". I swear I am a dork!

7 hours is longer than I would have lasted on the Paleo kick.
